Next Gen Entrepreneurs – After-School Enrichment Program (Oregon)

By enrolling your child in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received.

• Space is limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• A waitlist will be maintained once a session reaches capacity.

Attendance and Participation

• After the school day ends, students will come straight to the designated classroom at their school. Students are responsible for transporting themselves to the designated location.

• Repeated late pick-ups may result in additional fees or dismissal from the program.

Behavior Expectations

• We are committed to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

• Students must follow program rules, respect staff, and work cooperatively with peers.

• Serious or repeated misconduct may result in removal from the program with a pro-rated refund for remaining sessions, minus a $50 administrative and supply fee.

Health and Safety

• Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical or behavioral information at registration.

• If a child becomes ill during a session, a parent/guardian will be contacted for immediate pickup.

• In the event of an emergency, staff may seek medical treatment for your child if you cannot be reached.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued if we are able to fill your child’s spot with another student from our waitlist.

• If no replacement is found, all payments are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be given for missed classes due to illness, vacation, or scheduling conflicts.

• In the rare event the program must cancel a session (e.g., inclement weather, staff emergency), we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a prorated refund will be offered.

Liability

• Participation in the program is at your own risk.

• The program and its staff are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property, except in cases of gross negligence.

• Parents/guardians release and hold harmless the program, staff, and host facilities from claims related to participation.

Media Release

• Photos or videos taken during sessions may be used for program marketing (e.g., flyers, website, social media).

• If you do not want your child included, you must notify us in writing at the time of registration.

Agreement

By registering your child, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
